Hi, my name is Madeline, Holistic Personal Chef. My approach to cooking is rooted in a deep love for food and the way it can nourish, connect, and heal. My own evolving relationship with food is what inspired me to turn this passion into a career. What started as a love for meaningful meals shared around the table has grown into a dedication to helping others feel their best.
Over the years, I've had the joy of cooking for families, CEOs, and Professional Athletes throughout the Sacramento, Bay Area Regions, supporting their wellness goals through thoughtfully prepared meals.

Ingredients
I cook with the highest quality ingredients--organic produce, 100% grass-fed and finished meats, pasture raised poultry and eggs, wild-caught seafood, and local or co-op sourced goods whenever possible. You'll never find seed oils in my kitchen--I use fats like avocado oil, tallow, ghee, grass-fed butter, extra virgin olive oil, and coconut oil, along with high-quality salts and organic spices

Low-Tox
I use stainless steel pans, non-toxic cookware, and wooden cutting boards to keep meals clean from start to finish. All meals are delivered in glass containers or eco-friendly, recycled packaging to reduce waste and avoid microplastics in your food.

Tailored to You
Every menu is thoughtfully customized to meet your unique needs and preferences. I accommodate food intolerances, sensitivities, and special dietary needs. My cooking leans towards a paleo-style approach, focusing on whole, nutrient-dense ingredients and overall healthier choices.

This is our first experience using a meal service/weekly chef and it has been fantastic! I really dislike grocery shopping and cooking and all the mental load that goes along with it, so Madeline has been a great find! My boys are pretty picky and her meals are not only delicious but healthy too. I appreciate her organic and healthy cooking choices and portions are huge! Highly recommend!
